ContiSX Sage

The meeting, on the record. In your language.

Sage is a note-taking protocol for board meetings, cooperatives, and circles. It sits in the room — fully offline — takes the notes, and interprets the meeting in Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Pidgin, or English. The minutes seal on-chain.

From the room to the record

Three steps — the meeting does the talking.

01

Record in the room

Start Sage on a phone or laptop — no internet needed. It listens through the meeting in whatever mix of languages the room speaks.

02

Notes & interpretation

Sage takes the notes and interprets them into your chosen language — decisions, votes, and action items attributed to who said what.

03

Seal & file

You approve the minutes; Sage digest-seals them on the ContiSX chain and files them to your Boardroom meeting or your circle's record.

Offline capture

Sage records and takes notes in the room, with no internet — village hall, boardroom, or bank basement, the meeting is captured.

Five languages

Speak the way your meeting actually speaks. Sage takes notes and interprets across English, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and Pidgin.

Decisions & actions

Not a wall of text: who resolved what, who voted how, who owes which action by when — extracted and attributed.

Minutes that file themselves

The meeting becomes minutes in your chosen language, digest-sealed on the ContiSX chain and filed to Boardroom or your circle.

Speaker attribution

Every note carries who said it — the record reads like the meeting happened, because it did.

Sealed record

Once minutes seal, the meeting can never be quietly rewritten. Auditors verify on the public chain explorer.

One decision, five languages

The same resolution, written the way each room would say it — you pick the language of the minutes.

Fully offline

Board meetings happen in basements; cooperative meetings happen in halls with no signal. Sage records, notes, and interprets entirely on the device — the meeting never waits for the network.

  • Capture and notes run on-device, no internet
  • Audio never leaves the room
  • Sealed minutes sync when a connection returns

On the record

Where the notes meet the money

Sage isn't a standalone notepad. Minutes from a board meeting file into ContiSX Boardroom against the meeting on the calendar; a cooperative's meeting files into its circle. The decision trail and the money it moves live on one sealed infrastructure — so "what did we agree?" and "what did we do?" always have the same answer.

  • Board minutes digest-sealed and filed to Boardroom
  • Cooperative meetings filed to the circle
  • Every seal verifiable on the public chain explorer
"The meeting spoke Pidgin, the minutes read in English, and the record can never be argued with."

Note-taking the way African institutions actually meet.

Questions rooms ask

Does Sage really work without internet?

Yes — that's the point. The capture and note-taking run entirely on the device in the room. A cooperative meeting in a hall with no signal is recorded, noted, and interpreted on the spot; the sealed minutes sync to the ContiSX chain whenever the device next sees a connection.

Which languages does Sage understand?

English, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and Pidgin — including meetings that switch between them mid-sentence, the way real meetings do. You choose the language the minutes are written in; the interpretation is Sage's job.

Where does the meeting audio go?

It stays on the device. What leaves the room are the notes and minutes you approve — and once sealed, their digest lives on the ContiSX chain where nobody, including us, can quietly edit the record.

How does this connect to Boardroom and Collectives?

Directly. A board meeting's minutes file into Boardroom against the scheduled meeting and seal on-chain. A cooperative files into the circle's record. The decision trail and the money trail live on the same infrastructure.
