Built for everyone the market pays
The capital market runs on collections — subscriptions, dues, fees, funding. Pay gives every participant the same machinery.
Issuers & fund managers
Collect IPO and private-placement subscriptions, fund inflows, and redemption fees — every subscriber payment reconciled to the allotment register automatically.
Registrars
Rights-issue payments, claim-processing fees, e-dividend enrolment — collected against the shareholder record, receipted on-chain, exportable in one file.
Brokers & dealers
Client funding without the transfer-and-screenshot dance. A funding link settles into the client's sub-account, cleared for trading.
Cooperatives & collectives
Dues, monthly contributions, and levy collections with a payment link the whole circle can use — every member's payment visible on the sealed treasury record.
Recurring collectors
Savings plans, academy tuition, subscription research — mandates that charge on schedule and retry intelligently, with the full consent trail kept.
Platforms & fintechs
Building on the market? One API collects on behalf of your users into their own CSD wallets — you orchestrate, ContiSX's banking partners hold the money, and you have complete control.
Every way to ask for money
From a WhatsApp link to a full API integration — start collecting in a minute, scale to an offer book.
Payment links
A URL that collects. Name the amount (or leave it open), share it on WhatsApp, SMS, or a circular — no code, live in a minute.
Hosted checkout
A branded, conversion-tuned checkout with every rail your payer already uses — cards, transfer, USSD, QR, mobile money, CSD wallet.
Invoices
Itemised invoices with due dates, part-payment, and automatic reminders. The invoice knows when it's been paid — you never chase a paid one.
Virtual accounts
A dedicated NUBAN per payer or per offer. Transfers reconcile themselves to the right subscriber, member, or client — no more matching by narration.
Recurring mandates
Direct-debit mandates for contributions and plans, with smart retries and a sealed consent record for every charge.
Sealed receipts
Every successful payment is hashed onto the ContiSX chain. Payer and collector hold the same tamper-evident receipt — disputes end at the explorer.
From ask to sealed receipt
Create a collection
A payment link, invoice, checkout, or virtual account — from the dashboard or one API call. KYC is already done: your ContiSX identity is your merchant profile.
Your payers pay their way
Cards, bank transfer, USSD, QR, mobile money, or straight from a ContiSX CSD wallet. Six rails, one checkout, built for Nigerian payment habits.
Funds settle into your CSD wallet
Not a holding ledger you wait on — your own wallet at the ContiSX CSD, same day. From there: trade, distribute, sweep to bank, or leave it earning.
Reconcile from the sealed record
Every payment carries a chain-sealed receipt and lands in one export that matches your register — subscribers, members, or clients — line for line.
One POST and a webhook
Create a collection, get a checkout URL, listen for the sealed receipt. The same envelope, auth, and idempotency conventions as every ContiSX API — and settlement lands in a CSD wallet your code can already see.
- Idempotent by reference — retries can never double-charge
- Webhooks signed and replayable, receipts verifiable on the public explorer
- Collect on behalf of sub-merchants into their own wallets
Questions, answered
How is ContiSX Pay different from a regular payment gateway?+
Regular gateways settle to a bank account and stop there. Pay settles into your CSD wallet inside the market's own infrastructure — so an IPO subscription, a broker funding, or a cooperative levy arrives already reconciled to the register it belongs to, with a receipt sealed on the ContiSX chain that both sides can verify independently.
Who can collect with Pay?+
Any verified ContiSX participant: issuers, registrars, brokers and dealers, fund managers, cooperatives and collectives, academies, and platforms building on the market. Your ContiSX identity and licence class define what you can collect for — there is no separate merchant onboarding.
Which payment methods do my payers get?+
Cards, bank transfer (with self-reconciling virtual accounts), USSD for feature phones, QR, mobile money, and direct CSD-wallet payment for payers already on ContiSX. You choose which rails a collection accepts.
When do I get my money?+
Collections settle into your ContiSX CSD wallet. Sweeping from the wallet to your commercial bank account is one instruction, and you can leave balances in the wallet to fund trading, distributions, or goals.
What does the chain-sealed receipt actually prove?+
Every successful payment is hashed onto the ContiSX chain: amount, reference, payer and collector addresses, timestamp. Either side can verify the record on the public explorer without trusting the other — or us. Disputes reduce to reading the chain.
Is there an API?+
Yes — collections, payment links, invoices, virtual accounts, mandates, and webhooks, with the same envelope conventions as the rest of the ContiSX developer platform. Most integrations are a single POST and a webhook.
The market pays. Collect properly.
Activate your merchant profile with your ContiSX identity and start collecting subscriptions, dues, and funding — settled to your CSD wallet, sealed on-chain.
