The Boardroom for companiesthe rulebook is written about.
Boardroom Plus is the Boardroom version for public and large companies. It carries the same sealed governance record, and measures every step of it against CAMA 2020, the Code of Corporate Governance, and SEC, ContiSX and FRC rules.

What Plus adds
The base product, plus the rulebook it has to answer to.
Everything in Boardroom
Resolutions, voting, meetings, the director registry, governance records and the sealed trail — the full base product, unchanged.
CAMA Act 2020
Notice periods, quorum, ordinary and special majorities, and register obligations modelled on the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
Code of Corporate Governance
Board composition, committee mandates, tenure and independence tested against the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance.
SEC, ContiSX and FRC rules
Listed-issuer obligations from the SEC rulebook, the ContiSX rulebook and the Financial Reporting Council, tracked on the same record.
Customisable rule packs
New circulars and amendments are added as rule packs, so an emerging requirement becomes a check rather than a rebuild.
Filing-ready evidence
Every check carries the resolution, the vote and the seal behind it — an evidence pack a regulator can read without a follow-up request.

Rules that update without a migration
Regulation moves. Boardroom Plus keeps each framework as its own pack, versioned against the date it took effect, so a resolution is always tested against the rules that applied on the day it was passed — and a new circular reaches your board as a check, not a project.
- Each framework versioned by effective date
- Historic resolutions judged by the rules of their day
- New and amended rules delivered as packs
- Customisable for obligations specific to your licence

Questions boards ask
How is Boardroom Plus different from Boardroom?
Boardroom runs the governance process. Boardroom Plus runs the same process against a rulebook — CAMA 2020, the Code of Corporate Governance, and SEC, ContiSX and FRC requirements — so the platform can tell a public or large company whether a step actually satisfies the rule it is meant to satisfy.
Who is it for?
Public companies, listed issuers, large private groups and regulated operators — any board whose decisions are read by a regulator as well as by its own shareholders. Smaller boards are usually well served by Boardroom itself.
What happens when a rule changes?
Rules are maintained as packs rather than hard-coded logic. When a circular or amendment lands, the pack is updated and your board picks it up without migrating anything.
Can any director use it?
Yes. Any person serving as a director can use Boardroom and Boardroom Plus. One ContiSX account covers both, alongside the rest of the vault family.
